Problem Statement:
Ben is a busy, working father who needs quick, easy access to a movie theater’s family-friendly movies and seat reservation options because he has a young son that he wants to spend quality time with.
User Group:
- Non-native English speakers who want to browse trailers
- New immigrants within the country
- Feel uncomfortable talking with others in English to complete their desired task
Problem Statement:
Josefina is a busy college student and recent immigrant who needs a cheap, easy way to choose a movie at the movie theater with translation options and subtitles because she has a language and financial barrier.
